Alice Vaillancourt

Alice L. Vaillancourt, 87, of Duluth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Viewcrest Health Center. She was born in Duluth on June 4, 1931 to Philip and Leona (Rosik) Vaillancourt. Alice graduated from Denfeld High School and retired in the early 1990’s from the IGA after many years as the office manager. Alice was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church where she was active with the funeral committee, the OK Club and the Women’s Club. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, baking and cake decorating. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Richard Philip; a nephew, Howard Vaillancourt; a sister, Prudencia Vaillancourt. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Kesler of Tucson, AZ and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, October 1, 2018 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. 2410 Morris Thomas Road. Burial in Polish Catholic Cemetery.
