Charles Rudh

Charles A. Rudh, 96, Duluth, formerly of Edgewood Vista, died Jan. 13, 2015 at Golden Oaks, Proctor. He was born in Fergus Falls, Minn., on Oct. 26, 1918 to Andrew and Caroline Rudh. He was a 1937 graduate of Duluth Central High School and the Duluth Business University. Charles was an Army Veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater of Operations. He married Helen Dahl in Duluth on Aug. 29, 1947. Charles worked for Glendenning Trucking, retiring as a Rate Clerk in 1980. He then worked as a parking lot attendant at the DECC from 1980-2010. He was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; nine sisters and one brother. Charles is survived by his children Barbara Rudh, Steven (Kathy) Rudh and David Rudh; grandchildren Kristen Rudh and Marty (Teresa) Rudh and great-grandchildren Andrew and Emily, all of Duluth. The family would like to thank the staff at Golden Oaks for their wonderful care.
