Claudia Mlodozyniec

Claudia Rae Mlodozyniec, age 76, formerly of Duluth, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday May 16, 2018, in Princeton, MN.  She was born in Duluth on July 6, 1941 to Egel and Signe Nilsen.  Claudia was a 1959 graduate of Denfeld High School.  She had worked at Continental Crystal, Hallett Dock and part time at Younkers. In Duluth, Claudia had been an active member of Zion Lutheran Church(now Spirt of God Lutheran Church), where she was a member of the choir and altar guild. She enjoyed the Canal Park Lakewalk and spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald “Butch”, brothers Bruce and Dan Nilsen and sister Sarajane Klingberg.  She is survived by her daughters Robin(Raymond)Beier, Summit, NJ, and Rona(Scott)Stewart, Princeton, MN, sister Karen Dormanen, Carlton, MN, brother Fred(Dawn) Nilsen,  Duluth, grandchildren Molly, Abby, Megan, Ryan, Ethan and Ella and a large extended family including many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday May 25, 2018 at 11AM followed by the service at noon at Spirit of God Lutheran Church, 2431 W. 3rd St., Duluth.  Inurnment at Park Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider memorials to Friends of the Lakewalk in care of the family.  Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
