Beloved mother and grandmother Debra E. Dyson-Engstrom, 63, of Eagan and formerly of White Bear Lake, Minn., passed away July 17, 2015 with her mother and children by her side. She was born in Duluth, Minn. on May 18, 1952, and grew up in Proctor, Minn. She graduated from Proctor High School. Debra owned and operated Deb E's Daycare in White Bear Lake for eight years before pursuing her degree from the University of Minnesota and a career in human resources management. She enjoyed traveling, photography and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Debra was preceded in death by her stepfather Bob Effinger and brother Gary Dyson. She is survived by her mother Joyce Effinger; children Nathan Engstrom (Angela), Cincinnati, Ohio and Daniel Engstrom (Kristen Clark), St. Paul, Minn.; two grandchildren, Garrett and Alyssa, Cincinnati; sisters Claudia Oliver, Farmington, Minn., and Kathy (Jay) Nelson, Minnetonka, Minn; brothers Bob Effinger (Kathleen), Chicago, Ill., and Bill Effinger (Colleen), Saginaw, Minn. VISITATION: 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2015 until the 11 a.m. service at Bethany Lutheran Church, 2308 W. 3rd Street, Duluth. Burial at Oneota Cemetery.
