Nancy M. Vollman

Nancy M. Vollman, 89, of Duluth, died Monday, August 21, 2023 at Bayshore Health Center. She was born on February 12, 1934 in Duluth to Rudolph and Ethel LaDean. Nancy worked at Anderson Furniture and retired after 18 years. Nancy attended St. Clements Catholic Church and school in Duluth. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, embroidering, playing cards and Bingo. She participated in many activities at the Harrison Community Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Edward and Ronald LaDean; a half-sister, Charlene McKinnon; sister-in-law, Lola LaDean; and her former spouse, William Vollman. Nancy is survived by three sons, Jeffrey (Diane), Bryan, and Kerry (Qiu); grandchildren, Jessica (Steven), Michael (Maranda), Vicki, Emerson, Jack, Deiter and Yvonne; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Abigail, Logan, Addison and Chase; sister-in-law, Mary Lou LaDean; many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Joe Perfetti who was always there through out the years for Nancy. The family would like to thank Essentia Hospice and Bayshore Health for their loving care of Nancy.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 10 am with the memorial service at 11 am at Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home. 3208 West 3^rd Street, Luncheon to follow. Burial at Oneota Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home.
