Patricia "Pat" A. Paszak

Patricia A. “Pat” Paszak, 81, of Duluth, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Solvay Hospice House surrounded by her family after a three year battle with ovarian cancer. Pat was born on September 22, 1943 in Milwaukee, WI to Walter and Irene Scharnott. She was a 1961 graduate of Denfeld High School. She was an Insurance Agent for Dwight Swanstrom Company and retired in 2011 from the Cartier Agency. Pat was an active member at Holy Family Catholic Church, enjoyed puzzles, crocheting, was a loyal fan of the Minnesota Vikings and loved to shop on QVC. She held the offices of Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Duluth Accordionaire Band Parents Auxiliary for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Thomas W. Scharnott. Pat is survived by her daughter, Laurie (Mark) Wiita of Hermantown; three grandchildren, Ethan, Lydia and Gabe; special friends Don Cich, Marcia Johnson and Dale Cich.

Visitation 10 am until the 11 am Mass of Christian Burial Friday, April 4, 2025 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Rev Fr Anthony Craig officiating. Burial in Polish Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home.
