Roger John Bergh

Roger John Bergh, 70, of Duluth, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Essentia Health - St Mary's Medical Center. Roger was born in Duluth, attended Denfeld High School, UMD, and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. He began a Veterinary House Call service for dogs and cats. Roger was a loving and attentive father who took great pride in his children's accomplishments. Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ellen Bergh and his sister Edwyna. Survived by his wife of 34 years, Jodi; daughters, Elizabeth (Liz) and Rachel; sisters, Ellaine Angelo, Doris Cornelli, and Dianne Comb; and brothers, Ronald (Kathy), Randy (Patsy), and Ralph (Melissa). Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home in Duluth. Visitation will continue from 10-11 AM, followed by an 11 AM Mass Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Duluth. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be given to Holy Family Church and Denfeld Track Team.
