Tracy Lynn Priley, 54, of Duluth died September 9, 2014 at St Mary's Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer with her loving family by her side.
She was born on September 1, 1960 in Duluth to Dr. J Elliott and June Peterson, the younger sister of Christine Dudar.
Tracy graduated from Denfeld High School in 1978. She went on to marry Jerry Priley on August 27, 1983 and had three sons, Anders Elliott, Peter Gerald and Erik Michael.
Tracy's love of her family always came first. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and aunt. She adored her three boys and grew more proud of them every day. She enjoyed spending time with her dog Lola, long drives with her husband and lots of laughter with her sons, family and friends. She was a loving, thoughtful and caring friend to many. Tracy always had a smile on her face.
Tracy retired in 2013 from the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs office at UMD where she enjoyed working for many years with a close knit group of co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. J Elliott Peterson and sister Christine Dudar.
Tracy is survived by her husband of 31 years Jerry Priley, three sons Anders (Tiffini), Peter and Erik; her mother June H. Peterson and niece Marit (Adam) Zucchi.
Visitation: 5-7pm Thursday, September 11 at Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home and continues one hour prior to the service at the church.
Service: 11am Friday, September 12 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 2701 W. 3rd Street, Duluth.
